How to process my order?

Welcome to visit our website, firstly please register as our member, select the products that you are interested in and fulfill the required information, then do as the direction step by step. If you couldn't process your order online successfully, you could contact our customer service via email or MSN and inform us about your order in detail. After our customer service receives your order, we would contact you about the details of your order. Then please choose the payment method you preferred to complete your order.

 

Do you have minimum order quantity?

Yes, please make sure that you order as per the Minimum Order Quantity, otherwise, the system will not be able to process and complete your order. You can not order less than the Minimum Order Quantity of any lot.

 

Are all the products you offered available? How often you would update the products?

90% products we offered are available. Our hard-working staff would check with our partnership factories about the stock everyday, we would receive new products almost daily and we update our catalog regularly. Please visit as often as you can for new arrivals.

How to calculate the shipping cost? 

The shipping cost depends on the regions, weight of your order and the delivery company. With our experience, we will choose the most suitable courier company, which can offer the reasonable cost, safe delivery way and fast delivery.

 

What is your delivery policy?

Delivery is estimated at 7 business days after your order verified and payment received. In the odd case delivery time may be longer due to customs in your region. All orders are shipped to your door directly from the place of origin unless other arrangements have been made. As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track the progress of your goods from the time your order leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives to your door!


What happens with the VAT Taxes?

Most Customers regardless of location are responsible for all VAT taxes / Duties of their respective countries. Please be aware and understand your countries customs and duty policies before you place an order because we will not be liable for duty paid on imported goods. That is a policy of your residing country that cannot be regulated by us.

 

What is your Refund/ Exchange/ Return Policy? 

All of our products offerings are carefully selected and have passed various quality control inspections. However, if you have a major problem with your received order, you have 72 hours to inform us about the problem. At the same time, please send us detailed pictures and e-mail us at Sales@cheap-brand.com with detailed description of the problem for us to investigate. After our investigation, if the problem is legitimate, your account will be credited or refunded accordingly.
